7 Facial Exercises To Get Rid Of A Double Chin 

You may not be able to completely get rid of your double chin, but you can tone it with a regular exercise routine. Here are seven great workouts that will help firm the muscles under your neck and make your double chin less noticeable:

1) Neck Rotation

This exercise helps strengthen the muscles on your neck and will help eliminate the excess fat under it. To do this, sit up straight with your back against a wall and your head facing forward. 

Turn your chin to one side as far as you can without turning too much of your body or raising your shoulder. Return to center position and turn toward another side, again only turning your chin. Repeat this movement at least ten times for each side of the neck.

Try to do these exercises every day, even if it's just a few times throughout the day. This will help tone and strengthen muscles so that you can get rid of double chin!

2)  Tongue Stretch

Lift your tongue as high as possible, and then gently stretch it out. Hold for a few seconds, release, and repeat at least ten times. This will help strengthen the muscles in your neck that are responsible for keeping the skin taught under your chin to reduce sagging. This exercise is great to do throughout the day and will help tone your muscles in no time. This way, you'll feel more confident when speaking with others!

3) Neck Curls

You can do this exercise lying down or sitting up. Start by placing your hands behind your head with elbows pointing out and chin facing the ceiling. Slowly raise your head as high as possible, hold for a second, and slowly return to starting position. 

Repeat ten times at least once per day for best results! This will help strengthen all neck and facial muscles in your neck and will help get rid of that double chin for good.

To make this exercise even better, try to do it while doing the tongue stretch! This way, you'll be working out both your neck muscles and strengthening them to tone your face quickly.

4) Jaw Shaper

This is a great exercise to do in the morning when you're still waking up because it will help get your blood flowing. To begin, sit with a straight back and place hands under your chin (fingers touching lower jaw). Keep the mouth closed as tight as possible for 20 seconds, then release. Repeat at least ten times throughout the day!

5) Pucker

This is a great exercise to do when you're standing around throughout the day. Keep your lips together and suck in as hard as possible for ten seconds, then release. Repeat at least five times per day!

If this seems like too much effort, try doing all of these exercises two or three times each week so that you can tone up those muscles and get rid of your double chin for good!

Remember to keep a positive attitude even if you don't see results right away. Sometimes it takes longer than others, but as long as you're keeping up with these exercises consistently, then you'll be on track to a slimmer neck in no time!

6) Ball Crunches

To do this exercise, sit with your back against a wall and place the ball in between your neck and the wall. Slowly arch your spine off of the floor to lift up your head and shoulders while keeping heels pressed into the ground (if you're feeling adventurous, try lifting one leg at a time). Hold for ten seconds, then slowly release down. Repeat ten times!

This is a great exercise to tone your neck muscles and help you get rid of that double chin for good. If this seems like too much effort, try doing it once every other day or even just five times per week until you feel comfortable with more repetitions.

7) Chewing Gum

If you're trying to get rid of that double chin, don't chew gum! Chewing gum actually causes the face and neck muscles to relax, which makes all your hard work in toning them go down the drain. It also doesn't help with getting rid of layer of fat under your chin at all either. So if you want results, leave the gum behind!

If you're feeling anxious about speaking with others or even just find yourself chewing on the end of your pen every day, it might be time to try these exercises. You'll feel more confident and sure of yourself in no time at all!

Remember, these exercises are not meant to be done in place of regular exercise and a healthy and balanced diet. These are just meant to tone your muscles quickly so that you can get rid of double chin once and for all!

Having a double chin can be embarrassing, and having one makes you feel self-conscious. It takes about four to six weeks for most people to see results. 

But if you're consistent with these exercises and maintain a healthy diet, it can take even less time than that! Luckily, with these exercises, it will only take a few weeks to tone up your muscles so that way you can get rid of the fat under your chin for good!
